2024 Inscryption sliding puzzle

Minimal spoilers please, but I can't figure out this sliding puzzle at all. I'm obviously misinterpreting the card effects somehow, because this setup seems like it should be 5/5 for me. If someone could just explain the sigils better than the game does, I'd appreciate it.. Eddie nsfw audio
