So have your void dwellers colonize a regular planet, make that system your capital, then summon the worm. If you have the lithoid dlc you can use lithoids for regular empire that have +50% on non gaia worlds. As Gaia habitability gives all normal planet colonisation 0%. You can also use lithoid hive's +5% ascetics to get up to 55% base game, 80% ish once tech is maxed. Since everone loves the worm in your home system, & those pops will colonize the still-young empire more than the former pacifists. Attraction to the new ethics will also be much simpler. It will not turn Relic worlds into Tomb worlds. It is very rare and can bring massive changes to an empire's species. The event cannot happen to AI empires, so there is no risk of losing the opportunity by expanding too slow. This mod brings back the old spawn conditions, where any unowned black hole system could spawn the event. I'm not sure why they changed it, but I have yet to see the event a single time in vanilla since. So I revived this mod. You now have a 5% chance of getting the event every time you fly a science ship (with scientist) in to a black hole system.Turn the world into a resort world, and then you can immediately start the Ecumenopolis decision. A resort world counts its districts as 0/0, so the Ecumenopolis decision can be taken here to save you the time needed for 55 districts to be built. Maximum time to finish this Ecumenopolis: 10 years (or whatever the time is on the decision)It's a dimensional horror with a -75% damage debuff so yeah, it can be killed by a 10k fleet easily. 9.
