You might find a FC/static that runs on completely different times though, but I don't know any. Probably aether, given that everyone I did late night stuff with pre datacenter split is on Aether servers. Famifrit works well. However that is more midwest than western. There is definitely no shortage of groups on Aether. I dont think there is a dedicated server where most west coast players gather.
